| Physical Description | Standing at 5'8, Larissa is a 'fuller figured' hourglass figure. Hers is not a perfect figure, fuller at the hips, bust and some post - bub 'pudgy' places. She keeps her brown hair to the middle of her back in length with thin bangs and somewhat angular fringe framing her oval shaped face. Her 'deep chocolate' coloured eyes can have a nice sparkle to them. Having carried an 8Lbs plus baby, she feels the process has left its mark on her, others around her who have known her long enough will dispute that, saying she is being a bit too harsh on herself. |

| General Overview | Larissa is someone who recently had her life turned upside down. Recently widowed and raising a newborn daughter, she is now juggling her work life, personal happiness and being a mother. Currently work and motherhood have been the greater priorities to her own happiness. Her job as a computer technician/analyst is one that in its own way doesn't have her seeing the same things every day, it has also given a bit more freedom to 'work from home', catering to her motherly duties. She is a more relaxed personality, enjoying the water and freedom that dancing brings. She loves to go line dancing with friends or do a Mermaid dive around children. The wonder they display, and pure joy is a kind of 'food for the soul'. Family is important to her, and she looks for the magic in things. That magic and joy is a big motivator in her life. |

| Personal History | Born as the middle child to a family in rural Australia; Larissa grew up under the sun while working a 'historically accurate' cattle and sheep station for tourists to visit for an 'authentic experience' of life on the land. From a young age both the water and the stage caught her attention. Ballet first, swimming followed. Eventually the curious mind was called away from Australia and off to the academy she went. Ops became her second home. Being able to fix things, even with leftover parts or piecing together a program from broken code. This earnt her the nickname of 'Microchp Macgyver'. While on assignment she met a rather tall, cheeky and proud Māori man. Julian was not typical of most men she had met, or a typical engineer, for that matter. Naturally love blossomed, the took an assignment on a fleet station together and spent their days keeping it held together. It took 3 and a half years for him to be bold enough to propose to Larissa. It took him another year to suggest the idea of 'why not have a quiet wedding, in the meantime.. why don't we try for a bubba'; with a waggle of the eyebrows. It was truly tragic when an accident in a low maintenance area of the station irradiated Julian and he passed away from the exposure. Larissa stayed on the station and carried their baby to term. At eight days overdue she had a baby girl who she named Jennifer Lindsey. Larissa as well as her two 'adopted' sisters petitioned for a transfer to a more family friendly posting. They were accepted onto the Galaxy class USS Resolution; Larissa to an Ops technician posting, and her 'sisters' to medical and Ops postings. Being on the Resolution has allowed for a different work dynamic and made juggling parenting easier, she has now also found love and truly started to slowly move on from the loss of Julian. |
