Calm Down

Mission:
The Mentarin Effect
Location: Outside Sickbay
Diana Morrison had heard that the away team had returned back to the Resolution earlier than scheduled. Initially she had went to the shuttle bay, but was told that there had been an emergency transport to sickbay. This led her to be the obvious that someone on the away team had been seriously injured. Rushing down the corridor, Morrison eventually found herself outside sickbay. Before she reached the door, Tony had stepped with blood noticeably on his uniform. "Babe are you okay?"
The Chief Security Officer didn't have the opportunity to respond before he found himself embraced by Diana. "I'm alright. The blood isn't mine. Its from the Captain."
"How bad is it?"
"Not sure to be honest," Tony said with a sigh. "They're about to begin surgery."
"I'm sure everything we be just fine," the counsellor assured him. "What happened down there?"
Tony rubbed the back of his head, clearly still a bit confused. "We just heard a shot from out of nowhere. Then Captain was just bleeding out. But I intend on heading back down there immediately and hitting the streets hard to find out who the hell is responsible."
Diana recognized the look in his eyes, which she knew all too well would lead to hell for the person responsible. "Tony I need for you take a deep breath and relax. You charging down there and literally kicking down doors is not going to help out this situation. This mission already a bit volatile on how the people of this world felt about us."
"Initially we arrived in peace, but an attack on Starfleet Captain cannot go unanswered," Johnson responded. "A show of force is necessary. The diplomacy can be left to Commander Greyson or Commander Kane. But as the head of security I don't have the luxury to come in peace at this point."
"Alright," the Lieutenant conceded. "I understand you having to go down there being the show of force. Just remember to be level headed and not being what this people already think of us."
"Is that your professional recommendation...counsellor?" Tony joked.
The counsellor simply chuckled. "Perhaps it is for now. My other recommendation would be to change that uniform before the crew starts asking questions."
"Point taken." The two starting walking down the corridor towards his quarters. "Keep what's going on quiet for now. No use in getting everyone riled up until Commander Greyson decides to make the crew aware on what's happening here."
"I'm way ahead of you with that thought process," Diana acknowledged. "But may I also suggest that you not bring the entire security department with you to the surface."
Tony sighed. "Half the security department it is then."
"Its good to hear that your humor is still here for the most part."
The Commander simply nodded as he tapped his comm badge. "Lieutenant Greyson and Chief Bhalet meet in the Armory ASAP."
